Owner, Neuromuscular Pain Relief Center

Stan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science/Math in 1977 from Judson College located in Elgin, IL. He participated in a non-degree Physical Therapy Assistant program in 1980 before receiving his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Maryville College in St. Louis, MO in 1983.

He became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1992; received his National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work in 1993 and became a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist in 1994.

Stan has owned/operated his own practice since 1995. Throughout his professional career he has continued to learn specialized techniques to supplement his treatment skills. He believes in the synergistic healing power that results from combining multiple modalities. All of his protocols use functional assessment and include myofascial and trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myoskeletal alignment, myofascial stretching, cranio sacral therapy, Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT), Spinal Reflex Analysis (SRA), Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Facilitated Pathways Intervention (FPI) and SCENAR Therapy (Self-controlled Energo-Neuro Adaptive Response). Stan is one of two practitioners certified in Spinal Reflex Analysis (SRA) in the State of Missouri.

Stan specializes in a unique and highly effective non-surgical, non-drug approach to the relief of chronic pain, acute pain and dysfunction in the muscles and soft tissues. By identifying and treating underlying causes of muscular pain and by teaching self-care techniques, he helps patients achieve pain relief and prevent recurrence.
